Reservations

Podere Fignano only accepts reservations from persons 21 years of age or older,
When making a reservation, a confirmation and invoice will be sent, which must be checked for correctness after receipt. In the event of inaccuracies, these must be communicated,
An agreement is concluded between Podere Fignano and the guest when Podere Fignano has confirmed the reservation,
The agreement concerns the rental of an apartment or holiday home that may only be used for recreational purposes and are of short duration,
Podere Fignano has the right to dissolve the agreement if personal data or group size have been transmitted incorrectly and/or incompletely when booking. In such a case, there will be no refund of the rent,
If the guest wishes to make changes to the agreement after the agreement has been concluded, Podere Fignano is not obliged to accept them,
The holiday home/ apartment may only be used by the maximum number of people indicated on the Podere Fignano website,
The booker owes Podere Fignano the agreed rental price, as stated in the invoice. Prices include VAT, final cleaning, bed linen, 3 towels p.p.,
Only if Podere Fignano is rented out exclusively, small-scale group dinners and parties are possible on request and in consultation,
In the Puccini apartment, a maximum of 1 pet- dogs is allowed. In case the guest wishes to bring pets, this must be specified when making the reservation, additional charges will apply.

In case of cancellation within one month before arrival:

Cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount

Payment of the full amount

Before the start of the stay, Podere Fignano will ask for a deposit. This deposit is intended to guarantee damages and/or costs incurred during the stay at Podere Fignano,
The deposit must be paid by credit card. The deposit is reserved and not actually charged to the credit card. In case of damage and/or costs, compensation will be deducted from the deposit,
Provided that the apartment, holiday home or estate is left neat and undamaged, the blocked amount will be released from the credit card.

Check-in and check-out is possible on Saturdays, if desired, another day of the week can be requested,
The check-in is on the day of arrival from 15:00. On the day of departure, check-out and apartment check between 08.00-10:00.
Check-in after 19:00 is only possible on request and in consultation due to the closure of the reception and the main entrance,
At check-in, everyone is obliged to identify themselves with a valid ID and the tourist tax must be paid,
In case the use of the apartment or holiday home is terminated earlier than the agreed date, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the rent.
Upon departure, the guest must ensure that the house is tidy and clean, the dishes have been done and the bed linen has been collected. Bed linen and towels must be deposited in a central location in the apartment. The fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle must be empty and clean.

Guests must take care of the apartment, holiday home and the inventory and equipment contained therein. In case of damage caused by breakage and/or loss and/or damage to the inventory and equipment. If the guests find damage, this must be reported immediately to Podere Fignano and, if caused by the guests, the costs of repair shall be compensated,
In case of incorrect use, not leaving the apartment or holiday home correctly, extra costs will be charged and insofar as sufficient deducted from the deposit.

Podere Fignano offers guests internet access in the apartments via a WiFi network. Podere Fignano is not liable for damage caused by the non-functioning or incomplete functioning of the internet
We offer WiFi / internet for recreational use. The network should not be used to distribute spam, viruses and illegal software,
The guests must behave as can be expected from a responsible and careful internet user when using the internet.

Obvious printing and typesetting errors do not bind Podere Fignano .
